Services

Infrastructure, platforms and software — designed, built and operated

We provide setup, operational support and consultancy at national and international level, and stay on afterwards. Most engagements start in one discipline and grow into the others. Everything below can be delivered as a one-off project, a retained arrangement, or alongside an in-house team.

IT Infrastructure

Setup, operational support and IT consultancy at national and international scale.

  • Infrastructure design and build-out, on-premise and colocated
  • Day-to-day operational support, on-site or remote
  • Vendor selection, contract review and capacity planning
  • Network, storage and virtualisation estate management
  • Monitoring, alerting and out-of-hours cover
  • Documentation and handover, so the estate is not held in one person’s head

Most of the estates we inherit are not badly built. They are badly documented.

On-premise & Cloud Computing

Installation, configuration, maintenance and capacity planning across physical and virtual environments.

  • Hybrid and multi-cloud architecture
  • Migration from on-premise workloads, staged so services stay up
  • Cost and capacity optimisation, with the savings shown against the bill
  • Sovereign and EU-resident hosting, where residency is a requirement rather than a preference
  • Repatriation, when the cloud is the wrong home for a workload
  • Infrastructure as code, so the environment can be rebuilt rather than remembered

Not everything belongs in the cloud, and not everything belongs out of it. The answer is per workload.

Kubernetes

On-site or remote support for software migration, plus CI/CD pipelines across portable container platforms.

  • Cluster design, hardening and upgrade strategy
  • CI/CD pipeline delivery
  • Application migration to containers — and an honest view of what should not be migrated
  • Observability, autoscaling and resource governance
  • Multi-tenant and multi-region cluster topology
  • Platform handover and team enablement

Kubernetes solves problems you have at a certain scale, and creates problems you do not have below it. We will tell you which side you are on.

Custom software development

Bespoke software built for the performance and availability your workload actually requires.

  • Greenfield product development
  • Legacy system modernisation, incrementally rather than by rewrite
  • API and microservice architecture
  • Integration between systems that were never designed to talk
  • Internal tooling and process automation
  • Long-term maintenance, not just delivery

The cheapest custom software is the software you did not need to write. We check that first.

The fifth discipline

Security & Compliance

Controls, evidence and recovery for estates that fall under NIS2, DORA or sector regulation. Regulators have stopped accepting policy documents as proof — the work is now in the systems.

Activity fields

Different applications to suit your needs

  • Web Design

Sites and interfaces built to the same standard as the infrastructure underneath them.

  • Cloud Infrastructure

Public, private and hybrid estates, sized for the load you have rather than the load you were sold.

  • Application Migration to Kubernetes

Containerising what benefits from it, and leaving alone what does not.

  • Technical support

First, second and third line, on-site or remote, with escalation paths that resolve rather than route.

  • Security and Control

Hardening, access control and monitoring, with the evidence trail regulators now ask for.

  • Site Reliability Engineering

Error budgets, observability and on-call practice for systems carrying real traffic.

  • Custom Software Development

Applications built where off-the-shelf software forces a compromise you cannot afford.

  • Risk Analysis

What fails, how likely it is, and what it costs — established before it decides for you.

Engagement models

Four ways to start

Most clients begin with the first and move to the third.

Assessment

A short, fixed-scope engagement that ends in a written finding: what you are running, where the risk sits, and what it would take to fix. You own the document whether or not you continue with us.

Project

A defined outcome with a defined end. Migration, build-out, modernisation, compliance remediation. Scoped from an assessment rather than from a wish list.

Co-managed

We work alongside your in-house team, covering the disciplines they do not have depth in. This is how most of our longer relationships run. We are not trying to replace anyone.

Fully operated

We run the estate. Monitoring, patching, escalation and on-call, with agreed response targets.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Do you replace our IT team?
Usually not. Most of our work sits alongside an in-house team and covers the specialisms it is not practical to hire for.
Do you only work in Malta?
We are based in Malta and work internationally. Remote for most of it, on-site where the work genuinely requires hands on hardware.
Can you take over something someone else built?
Yes, and it is a large share of what we do. We start with an assessment so that we are accountable for a system we understand.
How quickly can you start?
An assessment can usually begin within two weeks. Anything involving regulatory deadlines we will tell you honestly whether the timeline is achievable.
What does an assessment cost?
It depends on the size of the estate, and we will give you a fixed figure before it starts. No engagement begins on an open-ended day rate.

Let’s talk about what you’re running

Tell us about your infrastructure and where it is holding you back. We will come back to you with a considered view, not a sales script.
